Throughout our journey, our team has learned the true definition of teamwork. When we first started off, we were a bit iffy but we realized that our project could really help those in need. So we all started to hustle and makeup for all the work we were missing, we began meeting twice a week from the beginning of 2018.We have also met on weekends to do tons of work, we worked for over 4 hours typically. We are proud of each other for staying committed and putting our time and dedication to this awesome project. We could not have done it without our coordinators, Erica Cruz and Sabrina Johnson! They are so kind and were so patient with us. We are happy to have helped in trying to better our community, we are very blessed to have the opportunity to aid 100 homeless women who were very much in need of it. We also would like to thank Girls Build LA for choosing our school to be a part of this amazing opportunity.
